At PANEMEX, we believe in a corporate strategy centered on social responsibility, where a positive impact on our society and planet is at the heart of our concerns. That is why, from the very beginning, we have contributed to healthy, plant-based, and sustainable food through our activities. Also, as a family-owned company of human scale, we place a special emphasis on people.
To structure our approach and better address the environmental, social, economic, and ethical challenges related to our activity, we chose to establish a CSR committee in 2022.

PANEMEX is proud to be part of the top 1% Platinum level among companies assessed by ECOVADIS! This achievement recognizes the structuring of our CSR approach started in 2022. That encourages us to maintain and continue our efforts for healthy plant-based food and sustainable production.
PANEMEX is committed to the United Nations Global Compact.
Since 2023, PANEMEX has chosen to commit to the United Nations Global Compact initiative. It’s also ten principles concerning Human Rights, labor standards, the environment, and anti-corruption.

Greenhouse Gas Emissions Inventory
We acknowledge our responsibility towards the environment and are committed to reducing our ecological footprint. PANEMEX assesses its environmental impact through the preparation of its Greenhouse Gas Emissions Inventory. Conducted in 2023 (based on 2022 data) and renewed in 2024 (based on 2023 data) and 2025. That are Scope 1 (Direct emissions), Scope 2 (Indirect emissions from energy), and Scope 3 (Indirect upstream and downstream value chain emissions). This assessment allows us to implement an annual action plan focused on eco-responsible practices. It’s waste reduction, energy consumption optimization, and the promotion of sustainable transport solutions to minimize our impact on the planet.
PANEMEX is committed to the movement “Pour une Agriculture Du Vivant”
PANEMEX has joined this movement, a cooperation and innovation initiative driving the transition towards a resilient and value-creating model: agroecological transition. Its ambition? “To put agronomy back at the heart of the fields and supply chains to transform our agricultural and food model in a systemic way.” At PANEMEX, our ambition is to act concretely alongside a key player in the sector who can positively influence our field of activity.

Our vision of bakery is based on using healthy and good-quality ingredients. That’s why 99.99% of our products are plant-based. This way, we promote a healthy, balanced diet that is also full of diverse flavors.

To preserve the health and safety of consumers, the Quality Department holds a central and strategic role at PANEMEX. Representing 10% of the total workforce, it is a fundamental pillar of our commitment to sustainability, product quality, and customer satisfaction. Our ERP system also allows us to guarantee 100% traceability of our raw materials.
A Tool for Product Lifecycle Management
In 2022, PANEMEX implemented a PLM (Product Lifecycle Management) tool. An innovation that enables tracking the product lifecycle by measuring its impact on the environment, consumer health, sustainability, and more. The integrated workflow encourages participative management through collaboration among employees.
Responsible Purchasing
PANEMEX is committed to promoting responsible purchasing by prioritizing suppliers who respect ethics and the environment. We establish and maintain strong relationships with our suppliers by favoring multi-year contracts. These relationships are crucial for our company, as they foster mutual trust, collaboration, and sustainability within our supply chain. Therefore, we strive to ensure the long-term continuity of these partnerships.
